5.1 The privacy policy sets out how Ads Lab uses and protects any information that the User gives Ads Lab when using this website. Where Ads Lab asks the User to provide certain information by which the User can be identified when using this website, then this information shall only be used in accordance with the privacy policy.

(b) to use the information to improve Ads Lab ’s products and services; or
(c)Ads Lab may periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information (which Ads Lab believe the User may find interesting) using the email address provided by the User; or
(d)Ads Lab (or their agent) may also use the information to contact the User for market research purposes, by email, phone, fax or mail. Ads Lab may use the information to customise the website according to the User’s interests.
5.5Ads Lab are committed to ensuring that the User’s information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, Ads Lab have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information collected online.
5.6 Cookies (a small file placed on the User’s computer hard drive) helpAds Lab provide the User with a better website, by enabling Ads Lab to monitor which pages the User finds useful or not. A cookie in no way gives Ads Lab access to the User’s computer or any information about the User, other than the data the User chooses to share with Ads Lab .

5.9Ads Lab uses traffic log cookies to identify which pages are being used. This helps Ads Lab analyse data about web page traffic and improve the website in order to tailor it to customer needs. Ads Lab only use this information for statistical analysis purposes and then the data is removed from the system.
5.10Ads Lab ’s website may contain links to other websites of interest. However, once the User has used these links to leave Ads Lab ’s website, the User should note that Ads Lab do not have any control over that other website. Therefore, Ads Lab cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which the User provides whilst visiting such sites and such sites are not governed by this privacy policy. The User should exercise caution and look at the privacy policy or statement applicable to the website in question.
5.11 The User may choose to restrict the collection or use of their personal information in the following ways:
(a) whenever asked to fill in a form on the website, the User can indicate that they do not want the information to be used by anybody for direct marketing purposes; and

7.4 Every effort is made to keep the website up and running smoothly. However, Ads Lab takes no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond their control.


Cash or Personal Cheque with Bankers Card, all major Credit/Debit Cards, or BACS Transfer are all acceptable methods of payment. Our Terms are usually 100% payment upfront for the services we provide. All goods remain the property of the Company until paid for in full. Monies that remains outstanding by the due date will incur late payment interest at the rate of 2% above the prevailing Bank of England’s base rate on the outstanding balance until such time as the balance is paid in full and final settlement.
We reserve the right to seek recovery of any monies remaining unpaid sixty days from the date of invoice via collection Agencies and/or through the Small Claims Court in the event that the outstanding balance does not exceed £3000. In such circumstances, you shall be liable for any and all additional administrative and/or court costs.

Returned cheques will incur a £45 charge to cover banking fees and administrative costs. In an instance of a second Returned cheque, we reserve the right to terminate the arrangement and, if agreed to, we shall insist on future cash transactions only. Consequently, all bookings and/or transactions and agreements entered into will cease with immediate effect until such time as any and all outstanding monies are recovered in full.

Cancellation Policy

Minimum 48 hours notice of cancellation required for retainer based work. Website builds & social media page creation cancellations require a minimum of 48 hours notice, the initial 50% will not be reimbursed, we also reserve the right to collect any outstanding monies owed based one the timeline of the current project. That is to say if cancellation is requested 1 week prior to completion we will bill for the additional time spent to date. Notification for instance, in person, via email, mobile phone ‘text message’ and/or fax, or any other means will be accepted subject to confirmation in writing. We reserve the right to levy a £90 charge to cover any subsequent administrative expenses.

Termination of Agreements and Refunds Policy

Both the Client and ourselves have the right to terminate any Services Agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway. No refunds shall be offered, where a Service is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway. Any monies that have been paid to us which constitute payment in respect of the provision of unused Services, shall be refunded.
